CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) Machining is a means to remove material using high speed, precision machines that use a wide variety of cutting tools to create the final design. This manufacturing process uses a pre-programmed computer software to dictate the movement of the tools and machinery.

OEM Always Welcomed

We can produce simple and more complex designs. The more complex the part, the more it will cost based on the need for additional setup and machining time required. When a part only requires one setup and 3 axes (X ,Y, & Z), the setup and machining can be accomplished faster, which helps reduce the over costs.

When a complex part is required, very short cuts are typically made. These small cuts take longer to machine. The more machine time required the higher the costs.

To help with keeping cost and machining time down, we design parts using on-axis planes when possible.

Keeping features such as internal corner radii and tapped holes consistent will also help save time and money on parts by reducing the need for tool changes.
